Larron Armstead
Larron Armstead is the Founder and Executive Director of the organization, where he leads strategy, operations, and long-term vision. With over three decades of experience in technology, infrastructure, and venture building, he has founded and scaled multiple initiatives across software, digital systems, and emerging technologies. He brings a builder’s mindset to mission-driven work, focusing on sustainable growth, strong partnerships, and ensuring the organization operates with transparency, accountability, and lasting impact.

Steve Haase
Steve Haase brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial experience and deep contemplative practice to the board. Over the past decade, he has spent more than 300 days in silent meditation, studied the neurobiological effects of meditation with Dr. Deborah Norris at the Mindfulness Institute, and served on the Board of Trustees at the Southern California Vipassana Meditation Center. He holds certifications as a counselor, meditation teacher, and hypnotherapist. Earlier in his career, Steve was a first hire or co-founder at multiple startups, including The Orchard, where he helped scale the company from launch to $100M in revenue prior to its acquisition by Sony Music. He supports the organization’s work in leadership development, wellbeing, and mission alignment.

Spencer William Romano
Spencer William Romano is a technology leader and creative strategist with experience spanning computing, digital media, and global production systems. He is the founder of Vertically Integrated LLC, a media and technology solutions company serving clients worldwide through custom computing, media production, drone cinematography, and digital consulting. Spencer has led international teams and built high-performing technical workflows across industries. His background in both technology and communications helps guide the organization’s digital strategy, systems design, and public-facing initiatives. He brings a collaborative and globally informed perspective to board leadership.
